As per company policy we do provide Free Exchange on any product once sold. Once the Bagruart.com item is sold, the product can only be exchanged for replacement in a upper or same price value product.
If the product is eligible for exchange, you may write to us at email@example.com strictly within 5 days of delivery to request an exchange.
Once acknowledged by the team, we do provide reverse pickup facility.
- If you have received the damaged product or wrong product, please email us with your order no. After receiving the the product back to us, & delivered to us we shall send you a fresh piece.
- All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable & non exchangeable.
Who Pays For Shipping in case of exchange?
In case customer receives damaged product or different product from description, The cost of return shipping for exchange is beared by www.bagruart.com, in all other cases (if customer like to select some other product and want to get it replaced) the customer will pay for the shipping charges..
Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to www.bagruart.com.
Conditions for Exchange
- Exchange can be done within 5 days for the date of delivery.
- Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for exchange.
- Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.
- Exchange is allowed once per order.
- In case we have delivered damaged products or incorrect size other than the ordered size, we exchange them.
- Store credit equalling the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost of to & from with a validity of 30 days from the date of receipt of store credit.
